Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively address business requirements. This role focuses on creating solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for high performance. The work includes analyzing business needs, planning system components, and ensuring that the overall design supports long-term technical goals while aligning with organizational objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and enhance the architecture is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions remain robust and adaptable to evolving demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve system architecture and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of architectural standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application design and delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and secure software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for SAP HANA applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
