Drive change initiatives from planning through to adoption and embedding
Engage stakeholders across the business, guiding them through the change journey
Deliver clear communications tailored to different audiences
Coordinate and track progress, ensuring momentum and accountability
Assess impact and readiness to support successful go-live
Enable adoption through training, guides, and support materials
Gather feedback and measure success, reinforcing change to ensure it sticks
Support governance and reporting, keeping leadership informed
Experience supporting business change, transformation, or process improvement initiatives
Strong organisation and planning skills, managing multiple workstreams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, action-oriented mindset - you turn plans into results
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Confidence using MS Office, Teams, and collaboration tools
A change management qualification would be desirable
