As a UX Research at Infobip, you will help establish our Product Design strategy and processes. You are curious about human behavior and understand the effect of different cognitive biases. You know how to distill meaning from data to promote better understanding of our users' mental models.
In collaboration with other Design Team members - you will evangelize user experience research and user-centered design throughout the company. What this role is all about
work closely with product owners, designers and other stakeholders on planning and executing research activities
employ a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, in the lab, remotely, and in the field
synthesise the outputs into actionable insights in order to inform the product roadmap
effectively communicate research findings to key stakeholders
advocate for research to be an integral part of our product design process
contribute to building a culture of insights-driven product design and development
mentor designers and other colleagues in developing their research skills
actively suggest improvements of our products based on data and heuristic evaluations
What makes you a strong fit
A few years years experience in planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting on user studies
comfortable facilitating interviews
understand the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
passionate about design, products and people
experience and / or a keen interest in enterprise UX
experience in various quantitative and qualitative research methods
experience in creating wireframes, user flows and rough mockups to communicate ideas and improvements
excellent written and verbal communication skills, good storyteller
