Guidepoint's Qsight group is a high-growth division of Guidepoint focused on building market-leading data intelligence solutions for the medical aesthetics industry. Operating like a startup within a larger high-growth company, Qsight works with proprietary data to generate actionable insights for leading institutional investors, medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, and aesthetics organizations worldwide.
Qsight is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Market Research Operations Associate to support our Tracker products and other healthcare market intelligence initiatives. Tracker is one of Qsight's flagship data products, monitoring growth and trends across multiple Medical Aesthetics and MedTech markets through recurring survey-based research.
This is an execution-focused Research Operations role. The majority of the work involves panel recruitment and management, Excel-based data management, recurring tracker maintenance, data quality checks, and supporting survey-based research projects. This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy structured operational work, have strong organizational and Excel skills, and are looking to build a career in research operations.
The ideal candidate has experience with market research, survey operations, panel management, or research project coordination and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure research projects are delivered accurately and on time.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Pune or Mumbai office, or can be fully remote. Candidates must be available to work US Eastern Time hours (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST).
