What You Can Expect

Marvell is seeking a seasoned operations leader with deep test engineering background and strong customer interfacing skills to support our growing custom compute silicon franchise. This individual will be responsible for engaging with customers on logistics and strategies for test engineering success, with strong focus on custom silicon solutions for data center and hyperscale applications. This position will require working closely with customers to understand their needs and specify the test engineering aspects of Marvell's solution. It will also require tight interlock with internal teams. As the customer point of contact for test engineering, the individual will collaborate with our teams in test engineering and cross-functionally across Operations, Design, Marketing and Program Management.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

  • Technical curiosity is essential to enable deep understanding of customer end-application and success criteria.
  • Strategic thinking will be needed to map this criteria to Marvell's test engineering strategy and technology investment plan.
  • Tactical program management skills are also critical to support tracking and communication of customer test engineering deliverables related.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years test engineering experience. BS in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred).
  • Technical familiarity with Accelerated Infrastructure Silicon building blocks: Advanced process node (TSMC 5nm and lower geometry), high-density compute, high-speed interface, die to die interface, HBM, Multi-Chip Module
  • Deep knowledge of Advantest, Teradyne platform capabilities for High Performance Compute
  • Customer interfacing and presentation
  • Test Plan Generation
  • Cross-functional leadership

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

188,950 - 283,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
