We are looking for Clinical Process Consultant to join our team!

As the Clinical Process Consultant you will provide training and documentation for clients and internal Picis staff. You will be responsible for providing client training during the software implementation process and as needed.  You will be required to become experts in all aspects of the product line.

  • Proven ability to analyze and solve problems in order to deliver results

  • Ability to work independently

  • Develop training/product content and best practices. using a variety of authoring tools

  • Review updated course content and documentation for accuracy and inclusion

  • Participate in learning product focus groups

  • Instruct additional courses as needed - both in person and online

  • Assists with mentoring new employees as needed

  • Act as role model for professional and motivational development within the training staff

  • Assists with development of teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, scenarios and reference works

What we are looking for:

Education and Experience:

  • Work experience in a hospital setting required

  • 1-3 years Medical Software/IT experience preferred

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio and Project

  • Proven enthusiasm and dedication to the learning enterprise

  • Positive attitude

Travel

  • Willingness to travel up to 70%. This position will require travel and may require international travel so passport is required

  • Travel before 1800 on Thursday requires approval by Clinical Process Consultant Manager or Project Manager.
