• Guest Services Representative II - NCH Wellness Center
• Location: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL
• Hourly, Day shift
• Monday and Wednesday (4:45am-8:00am)
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts if needed

What you will need:

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• The level of knowledge normally acquired through three years of experience in customer service or related position.
• Relevant knowledge of the fitness industry.
• CPR/AED (AHA/BLS) Certification within 3 months of hire required

General Summary:

Reporting to the assigned coordinator or manager, enhances customer service by providing a variety of service initiatives including taking appointments, processing payment, answering member inquiries and assisting with a variety of member or guest related issues.
