Summary:
As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our organization's data and infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain security policies for Azure resources in alignment with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
- Create and enforce Azure Policy definitions, Azure Blueprints, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies to ensure compliance and governance.
- Implement access controls and RBAC policies in Azure Active Directory (AAD) to ensure proper permissions and least privilege access for users and resources.
- Ensure Azure environments comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and internal policies, such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
- Report and communicate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts to relevant stakeholders, following Azure Security Center's incident response procedures.
- Participate in incident response activities, investigate security incidents using Azure Sentinel, and coordinate with relevant teams to mitigate and remediate issues promptly.
- Implement automation tools and scripts using Azure Automation, Azure Policy, and Azure DevOps to enforce security policies, conduct regular security checks, and respond to security events.
- Collaborate with Azure architects to integrate security into the overall architecture and design of Azure solutions, ensuring security by design principles are followed.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps, ensuring security is integrated at every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on Azure security best practices, emerging threats, and new features to continuously enhance the security posture of Azure environments.

- Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
- Provide guidance and support to the team on security-related matters.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Have knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, etc., to automate the provisioning and management of Azure resources securely.
- Possess development or scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, etc., to create custom security automation scripts and tools for Azure environments.
- Knowledge and experience in building serverless architectures using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, etc., ensuring security considerations are addressed in serverless deployments.
- knowledge on Implementing automation tools and scripts to enforce security policies, conduct regular security checks, and respond to security events.
- This role requires a strong understanding of Azure security services and features, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and ensure Azure environments are secure and compliant.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed Cloud Security Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Security.
- Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architectures.
- Experience in implementing and managing cloud security controls.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Managed Cloud Security Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
