We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Shutterstock, Bain, CB Insights, Button, ZoomInfo and Compass.

We are looking for the next Customer Success team member who will help our growing roster of clients get the most value possible out of our product. The ideal person has been in a CSM role at a high-growth tech company and is passionate about the opportunity to help build this function here.

The Customer Success role is a full-time position based in our NYC headquarters.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process and provide support to our customers 

  • Reduce churn and help our customer base get to Net Revenue Retention

  • Managing the full client life cycle from onboarding to renewals

  • Develop internal processes and bring CSM best practices to our team

  • Analyze customer insights from Vendelux data

  • Be the voice of the customer with sales and product

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Success 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-growth SaaS company

  • Owned the full client lifecycle

  • Owned renewals and upsells

  • Great team member who contributes to our culture and our business

  • Takes ownership and demands excellence from themselves and others

  • Likes a fast paced environment and is a quick learner
