We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

The Opportunity

Are you interested in impacting design in the world's leading design company?

We’re seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to partner with the Adobe.com design leadership team to help build the best user experiences on Adobe's marketing sites. You will join a group of designers and design program managers across the Ecosystem & Collaboration design org that focuses broadly across Adobe’s marketing sites and Home surfaces.

What you’ll do

Primary responsibilities include guiding processes at a team level and leading high-impact programs with a cross-disciplinary group. You’ll operationalize and standardize systems and processes across the Marketing Sites design workstreams, such as briefs, project management approaches, resourcing frameworks, and tracking mechanisms.

This role will partner with other design program managers on the team to ensure consistency across the broader Adobe.com design organization. The role will also be responsible for creating clear documentation, playbooks, and guidelines to share with internal partners as well as external agencies and vendors. While the role will delegate work to contractors to support execution, its focus is on establishing and implementing systems and processes rather than managing or evaluating contractor performance.

In partnership with design leadership, you’ll shepherd the workload and process, all while being a champion for team culture and developing and maintaining positive relationships with the product team. This requires experience communicating across teams and stakeholders, crafting clear plans out of ambiguity, actively spotting trouble on the horizon, and communicating updates to our executive partners.

What you need to succeed

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

· 8+ years of applicable experience in a design and technology environment, preferably working on marketing sites

· Demonstrated delivery of large-scale programs and projects

· Passion for user experience and design with an understanding of design process

· Strong systems thinking and analytical skills to establish and configure design programs, tools, and processes

· Ability to present complex processes to stakeholders, roll them out to cross-functional partners, and encourage alignment across functions and departments

· Consistently focuses themselves and the team on the highest-impact activities to foster growth, collaboration, culture, and positive business outcomes

· Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

· Exceptionally organized and diligent; skilled at navigating ambiguity to bring clarity and structure across multiple initiatives

· Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and build alignment among diverse partners

How to apply

To be considered for this role, please submit your resume. We'd especially like to see examples of high-stakes, ambiguous projects that you've driven from start-to-finish, and any experience working across teams and partners.
