Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing the service delivery and ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Manage the service delivery of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including security and data privacy regulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in service delivery management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in managing client relationships and stakeholder management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in service delivery management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
