The Opportunity:

The Associate Vice President, Marketing is responsible the development and deployment of integrated marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives for Ensemble Health Partners. The AVP will play a critical leadership role in developing and leading Ensemble’s go-to-market strategy, reinforce our value proposition, identify + engage target audiences, and drive sales pipeline growth.
The AVP will oversee, grow, and improve the awareness, interest and third-party ranking of Ensemble’s brand. This key role will determine long and short-term objectives, develop strategies to achieve those goals, and ensure the marketing team stays focused and executes high value/impact activities. The AVP will lead the department’s product, content and digital marketing efforts including lead generation programs.
Essential Job Functions

Spearhead the development of internal + external marketing strategies, including product positioning and naming, target audience(s), collateral development, launch timing and channel approach.
Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of all marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing, aimed at a wide range of prospective audiences.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the marketing function including budgeting, planning, and staff development, and as needed supervise contracted marketing projects and manage relationships with associated vendors/agencies.
Develop and manage a marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and align with department objectives.
Ensure high-quality KPIs are set and employed to gauge the effectiveness of marketing across the organization in meeting Ensemble’s brand and marketing goals, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to refine Ensemble’s value proposition across solutions.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and competitor activity in digital marketing to ensure Ensemble is at the forefront of innovation in its overall marketing efforts.
Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct quarterly/annual performance reviews.
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that emphasizes learning and a commitment to excellence through a supportive and collaborative approach.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of Ensemble’s company and departmental objectives.
