Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that these applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of software components are integral parts of your routine, fostering efficient and effective business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with integration of applications within enterprise environments.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
