職務要約:

<ホールセラー>

金融機関(銀行、証券会社)向け営業推進

・金融機関代理店の担い手への個別・集合による研修。

(商品研修に限らずニーズ喚起からクロージングまでのセールスプロセス、ロールプレイング研修等)

・マネジメント層、キーマンとの折衝による支店の保険推進戦略の提案やサポート。

・顧客セミナー、支店担当者との同行サポート。

求めるスキル・経験:

(経験)   金融機関(銀行、証券会社)での営業経験・経験年数不問

(スキル)  AFPレベルの金融知識があれば尚可

      プレゼンテーションスキル コミュニケーションスキル

       基本的なパソコンスキル

語学力:日本語必須。英語は必須ではない

その他: 月に2~3回の国内出張あり

求める人物像:  明朗快活、社交的、セルフモチベーター、女性歓迎

社外勤務についてのガイドライン:オンライン研修を実施する場合は在宅勤務も可。国内出張あり

残業について: 残業は月20時間程度を想定

給与:

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)

フレックス制度については募集案件によって記載

原則 9001700(実働7時間。フレックス制度あり)
