We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate, Investment Risk Support (Private Markets) to join our team!
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Private Asset Risk Advisory team! Reporting to the Director, Investment Risk Advisory (Private Markets), you will be responsible for supporting, from a risk perspective, portfolio and investment decisions in Private Equity, Real Estate & Infrastructure.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for assisting in deal risk assessment, portfolio monitoring and management of systematic and idiosyncratic risks within risk limits, producing and enhancing customized quarterly investment risk and climate stress testing reports to communicate risk effectively to the investment teams and senior leadership at IMCO. You will also be collaborating with peers across risk and private investment teams for new and existing Investment Committees deliverables.
This will require a combination of technical, analytical and organizational skills. The Senior Associate must also have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas, issues and recommendations internally. Attention to detail and a drive to improve existing processes are desired.

The base salary range for this position is CAD $90,000.00 - $120,000.00. The placement within the range is determined by the range of market pay for the specific position, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skillset and experience relative to the requirements of the position and to internal peers. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in IMCO's annual incentive plan.
