Responsibilities:
Support sales admin on quotations, documents filling and tender processing
Assist in clinical case support
Provide additional and ad hoc administrative support as requested by the team
Requirements:
Target Year 2 and Year 3 undergraduate student. Majoring in science, engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus in biotechnology or biomedical engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated proactive and accountable approach
Strong interest in medical device field; comfortable to work in the hospital environment
Fluency in both Cantonese and English
Working schedule: 2 – 3 days per week (negotiable during exam periods)
