Product Pipeline

As Sales Leader for COPD within our Respiratory business unit, you will spend up to 70% of your time in-the field leading and coaching your team of 3 Key Account Managers. Internally, you will work cross-functionally to inform brand strategy and activities.

In this role you will…

  • Drive and execute the strategy together with the cross-functional team
  • Proactively share customer insights to inform brand strategy & activities
  • Identify growth opportunities, new market segments, or emerging trends in the pharmaceutical sector. Explore, understand, and optimize the patient pathways to drive brand uptake
  • Identify and drive engagements with our national Key External Experts, and develop a robust stakeholder plan. Ensure all GSK engagements (regional HCPs, stakeholders, Patient Advocacy Groups) are coordinated
  • Ensure KAMs understand clinical data by translating it into concrete messages with compelling value propositions
  • Manage the team of Key Account Managers: Role model GSK Expectations and lead change with inspiration, high engagement and inclusion, manage performance by tracking progress against KPIs, and drive competitive performance

Why you? 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role from the pharmaceutical industry  
  • Strong understanding of science & clinical data
  • Natural leader with the ability to develop and coach people
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, speaking and writing  

Preferred:

  • Experience in COPD  
  • Strong relationship building skills
