We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team in the London Office. The Receptionist will be in charge of our reception area and will need to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist should ensure that guests are welcomed positively, and should execute all tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  •  Answer main phone line, transfer calls, etc.
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail, coordinate all outgoing mail
  • Handle all visitors, including advance registration, greeting upon arrival, etc.
  • Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and video conferencing
  • Work with Office Manager to coordinate all catering requests, including ordering, receiving, unpacking, cleaning up, and managing related invoices
  • Work with the Office Manager to execute in-office events
  • Coordinate travel with our agency for all UK/Europe based employees
  • Help reconcile credit card reports for office events, facilities, supplies and travel
  • Act as Executive Assistant to our CEO when he is visiting the London office
  • Backup the Receptionist/Office Manager as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Our future colleague has these skills:

  • 1+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5 days a week in person in the office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and MS Teams
  • Strong communication and a professional, pleasant demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
