Role Description:
Responsible for leading and implementing the marketing communication and digital marketing strategy for Indonesia crop protection business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement communication plan for Indonesia
  • Lead and implement the digital marketing strategy for Indonesia
  • Driving online/digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Ensuring the consistent application of corporate branding. Planning and execution of external marketing communication objectives
  • Developing new marketing communication and digital marketing initiatives
  • Lead Market analytics and customer insights
  • Coordinating with and managing agency partners
  • Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
  • Guide and coach Marketing communication and digital services team
  • Lead the corporate branding aligned to global branding initiatives
  • Market research and competitive intelligence support
  • Commercial Product Stewardship Champion for Indonesia

Key Performance Metrics

  • Research market communication and DM needs – Develop understanding of a robust communication roadmap that resonates with the end users.
  • Monitor communication and digital marketing campaign results.
  • Measure communication and digital marketing campaign impact.
  • Manage and monitor marketing communications and digital marketing budget.
  • Lead Commercial Product Stewardship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications, brand management, advertising, or agency environments.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • High energy, passion, and willingness to connect closely with customers and field teams.
