About the team and role:  

 

As a Talent & Organization Manager, you’ll be part of our Nordic & Netherlands Change Consulting practice, based in Helsinki.

Our Nordic Talent team consists of 80+ talented colleagues and is growing. Diversity and multi-disciplinary thinking are our key strengths, and our team consists of e.g. behavioral scientists and social scientists, engineers, and Masters of Business Administration. We work together with our customers to transform their businesses through the power of people, technology, and the scale of our global capabilities - like innovation hubs and broad partner network.  

 

In the Talent & Organization team we engage in some of the most interesting and challenging projects related to talent strategy & development, organizational change management, and HR transformations from operating model to technology, analytics, future of work and Gen AI. As a Manager you will work on various projects to help our customers grow and develop their businesses, build trusted client relationships, coach the team and participate in pursuing new business opportunities.  

 

About you: 

 

You have a relevant background in business / organizational development from management consulting, or inhouse from a medium to large scale international organization. You are passionate about the people perspective of business and want to develop your subject matter expertise within the T&O offering even further by learning continuously on new topics, networking internally and externally, and refining your unique perspective.  

 

You can balance and prioritize your own work within changing timelines, and most importantly are a great colleague and coach to work with. We have fun at work and provide psychologically safe environment where everyone´s allowed to be their true selves in our team – we expect you to ensure this as well.  

 
Requirements: 

 

  •  6+ years of relevant work experience connected to Organization Change topics 
  • Previous management consulting experience and strong consulting skills 
  • Self-leadership and ability and genuine will to coach others 
  • Solid experience working within organizational development, HR transformation, future workforce and/or organizational change management 
  • You have a commercial orientation and understanding, also the ability to build and maintain business network, while identifying new opportunities for our clients 
  • Are used to collaborating with cross-functional project teams in a global setting  
  • Proficiency in English and Finnish 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, behavioral & social sciences
