What You’ll Do

• Be the face of our service department, greeting customers with professionalism and care

• Consult with customers about their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs

• Provide accurate estimates for cost and completion times

• Prepare repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians

• Keep customers updated and ensure timely completion of work

• Handle customer concerns and find solutions with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, customer-first attitude

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Automotive knowledge and Service Advisor experience are assets, but not required

• Valid driver’s license
