What the Role Entails

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Research & Analysis: Conduct market research on AI trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Collect and analyze user insights to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Help evaluate product data to support decision-making.

2. Requirements & Documentation: Support writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Assist in maintaining product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature documentation. Help prepare design and workflow specifications for new AI features.

3. Collaboration With AI/Engineering Teams : Work with data scientists to understand model capabilities, constraints, and data needs. Support experimentation (A/B tests, model evaluations, user testing). Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and feature reviews.

4. Product Execution & QA: Help coordinate feature development and track progress. Support QA testing of AI models and features before release. Collect feedback and analyze early product performance after launch.

5. Cross-Team Communication: Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Help communicate feature updates, metrics, and insights to the broader team.

Who We Look For

Qualifications Required

• Studying Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and product management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of how AI/ML models work (concepts like training data, accuracy, evaluation).

Preferred

• Experience with Python, data analysis, or ML coursework.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or NLP tools.
• Experience with user research, design tools, or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Figma).
• Proficient in both English and Chinese will be a plus.
