As the Solution Architect for Digital Channels, you will be a key expert in digital channel technologies, steering the design and implementation of solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with business partners, global architecture teams and internal and external engineering to define, enable, and optimize digital solutions. Your role includes crafting architectural designs, guiding implementation, and ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Omni-Channel Architecture & Design: Develop and implement an omni-channel architecture that delivers outstanding customer experiences across marketing, sales, and service. Ensure that solution designs align with business objectives and technology standards, and adhere to architectural principles and best practices.
  • Digital Solution Implementation: Lead the technical design and delivery of digital solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business strategies, evaluate solution options, and assess trade-offs. Oversee the implementation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and conform to technology guidelines.
  • Strategic & Technical Guidance: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to enhance solution designs. Serve as a subject matter expert on application architecture, cloud technologies, and digital channel tools.
  • Partnership & Best Practices: Partner with internal and external product, engineering, design and architecture teams to ensure that digital channel technologies integrate seamlessly with broader architectural frameworks. Provide guidance on best practices including agile methodologies, DevOps, continuous delivery, test automation, containerization, and cloud deployments.
  • Technology Integration & Optimization: Oversee the integration of digital channel technologies and systems to facilitate smooth data flow and interoperability. Define and implement strategies to optimize technology components for performance and scalability.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital technology roles, with track record in designing and implementing digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in digital channel technologies, application architecture, cloud computing, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience with engineering best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), digital channel tools, and data management platforms (e.g., CDPs, clean rooms) is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • focus on digital channels and omni-channel solutions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern development tools and platforms.
