HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?
- Participate in large global programs which help banking clients (mainly in North America and LATAM) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.
- Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects focusing on Credit Services, Digital, Payments, Fraud / Risk and Corporate Banking for large financial institutions across the world.
- Our practitioners possess a good mix of banking industry and consulting skills and have been involved in defining strategy, designing operating model & processes, and supporting implementation for building high performance banks across the world. We have a strong focus across Digital, Payments, Core Banking, Credit Services and Corporate Banking for large global financial institutions across the world.
IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of industry and project experience in Banking Industry or Management Consulting for Banking Industry
- Lending (Retail, Commercial or Trade Finance)
- Retail/Commercial Platform Implementation (Loan IQ, nCINO, AFS,ACBS)
- Digital Lending/ Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI) / Analytics skillsets
- Retail/Commercial/Trade Finance Operating Model & Process design
- Payments (Cards – Issuing and/or Acquiring, Core Payments Transformation, Digital Payments, Payments Hub Implementation)
- Knowledge of payment systems (like GPP, Fiserv, Volante, OPF, TCS BanCs Payments system) or Cards (VisionPlus / TSYS) is desirable
- Knowledge on business transformation and project lifecycle frameworks and approaches (Desirable)
- Exposure to product implementations teams or solution roadmap teams to detail business requirements, work with product development teams across development life cycle stages – estimation, requirements detailing, functional specification (Desirable)
- Project Management (Mandatory), Agile Methodology (Desirable)
- Management Consulting (Desirable)
- English Advanced(mandatory)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The candidate should have a good understanding of Banking industry trends, challenges, business and technology imperatives etc.
- Should have excellent communication, presentation and client interaction skills.
- Should have an analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and the ability to derive business sense of such information.
- Should be able to think logically and present ideas convincingly.
- Ability to estimate work and deliver to realistic deadlines; also to recognize and resolve unrealistic deadlines in advance of expected delivery dates.
- Strong trait of quality consciousness.
