Overview
Role
• Drive future cash access product strategy to accelerate secular shift and change the conversation around cash.
• Responsible for managing and pushing the boundaries of Cash Access product line across both the ATM and in-store environments (including Purchase with Cash-back, Cash-back without Purchase, Cash-deposits, and digitization of the ATM experience).
• Develop a deep understanding of how cash access economics affect each stakeholder and how Mastercard’s tech, brand, reach and rules affect the cash access ecosystem.
• Responsible for working cross-functionally with internal partners in Pricing, Services, Legal & Franchise, Network Products and our customer-facing divisional and regional teams.
• Partner with regions to explore development of new product solutions and enhancement to existing products that can remove friction from the experience.
• Design go-to-market materials and best practices for key Cash Access products that can be leveraged and adapted by markets, divisions and regions.
• Support refresh of Cash Access narrative and drive awareness across internal and external stakeholders.
About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or related and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Consultant, Manager, Senior Associate, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Product management; Modeling and business case building; Development of client-ready sales materials; Knowledge of the financial services industry, including payments; Working with senior executives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Rate of pay: $203,177 - $305,000 / year

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
