By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. During the first six months, you will be required to work on-site at our office in Bucharest. After this period, you will transition to a hybrid model, or you may work remotely if you are based in another location within Romania.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Leads multiple delivery projects or service teams through subordinate supervisors, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.

• Owns the end-to-end service delivery framework, agreeing on deliverables, scope, budget, timelines, dependencies, SLAs, KPIs and performance standards for Client Service / Service Delivery teams.

• Acts as a key contributor during solutioning and pre-sales stages, supporting business development through client presentations, capability positioning and defining the target operating model.

• Oversees transition and mobilization of new projects, ensuring operational readiness, risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.

• Accountable for financial performance (budget adherence, margin protection, forecasting) and resource allocation across teams.

• Ensures delivery excellence by driving quality, continuous improvement initiatives and performance optimization.

• Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization.

• Identify, document, and implement opportunities to improve team processes, procedures, and standards, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Partners with senior stakeholders (Contract Service Management Leads, Project Managers, Financial SMEs and client counterparts) to proactively manage risks, escalations and contractual commitments.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Strong German & English written and verbal communication skills;

• Bachelor’s Degree required;

• 13–18 years of experience in HR Operations, Service Delivery or Workforce Management;

• Strong expertise in Case Management and client-related operational processes;

• Proven ability to manage day-to-day team operations, workload distribution and staffing decisions;

• Experience interpreting business objectives and translating them into effective operational execution;

• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Ability to work in dynamic environments and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
