Job Summary
The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join our Telco Business Group, based in France. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within one of our strategic Telco accounts - Orange, covering the Europe, Africa, and Middle East regions.
You will work directly with the customer and collaborate with channel partners to accelerate revenue growth. Collaborating with a matrixed team of experts in business development, marketing, partner management, technical architecture, and solution sales, you will develop and execute a multi-year strategy aligned with Global Account plans.

What you will do
Serve as Red Hat’s Telco sales leader for your accounts, guiding direct engagement with the customer and collaborating with channel partners
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy in close alignment with Global Account teams and the Telco Business Group
Drive growth in deal size and establish yourself as an expert on commercial arrangements
Position yourself and your team as strategic advisors to the customer
Establish and nurture C-level relationships
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities
What you will bring
8+ years of telco-specific industry & sales experience
Experience working directly with major Telco operators, especially Orange, and ecosystem partners
Proven ability to manage the entire sales process from start to closure
Experience navigating complex matrix sales teams
Commitment to continuous learning
Fluency in French and English is required
