We’re looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor (EU) to grow revenue through proactive customer engagement while building and leading a high‑performing Inside Sales team across the EU.
This is a hybrid role combining hands‑on selling (60%) with team leadership and operational excellence (40%).

Job Requirements:

As an Inside Sales Expert you will:

  • Achieve individual sales targets and drive pipeline growth
  • Promote and upsell DEXIS Software (DTX) solutions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage renewals, customer retention, and post‑sales follow‑up
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities in close collaboration with field sales
  • Deliver remote demos and manage CRM accuracy (Salesforce)

As a leader, you will:

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive consistent execution
  • Oversee pipeline, lead distribution, and CRM hygiene
  • Build and scale internal Inside Sales teams and manage external sales partners
  • Champion customer feedback to improve sales processes and offerings

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of Inside Sales experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience with outbound sales, lead management, and campaigns
  • Confidence working cross‑functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product)
  • Fluent English; additional European language (preferably French) is a plus
  • CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred)
  • Dental industry or DEXIS experience is a strong advantage
