Director, Global Account Sales at Micron, at Micron takes ownership and accountability for general business management and development activities specific to Micron’s strategic customers. You will be responsible for a relentless focus on design wins and revenue generation, building a deep customer relationship, understanding memory architectures, and meeting business unit expectations Director, Global Account Sales, generally manage one Global Account or leads several Accounts manager who manages regional key accounts but may be assigned more. Sales ownership is expected throughout the entire sales process.

Work Scope: This Sales Manage/Director will play a very key role to lead a multiple functions and culture team to help Micron further enhancing the business relationship with Lenovo. This candidate must have very rich Sales and Marketing experience in memory industry. He / She must be very familiar with Lenovo and its strategy. He / She needs collaborate with Micron executives, BU, OEM/ODM, supply, service other internal teams to provide customer BIC support, in order to get best business return. This position is available either in Beijing or Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

Based company’s strategy, developing and implementing Lenovo account business strategy. Establishing strong personal contacts with Lenovo different levels and each departments’ leaders.  Help to build and maintain executive and C-level relationship with Lenovo.    Setting up Lenovo account team goals and objectives, leading and motivating teams to achieve the goals, which including revenue/market share, DIN/DWIN, customer satisfaction achievement, relationship building, etc. Analyzing Account sales data and marketing trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvements. Lead team to dig out customers’ interests’ points (business, technology, etc), ensure the timely and successful delivery of Micron solutions according to customer needs and objectives, to achieve value selling.  Collaborating with internal teams (Management, BU, Technical support, Services, Supply etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to customer.

Job Requirements:

Deeply understand memory market with 10+ years proven work experience. Has strong leadership ability, 5+ years Senior manager/Director level work experiences. Has strong and long-term business relationship with Lenovo. Demonstratable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations, including executives. Strategic thinking and strong ability to handle the complicated issues, can adjust the strategy or tactics based on situation changing.   Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Excellent internal teams’ collaboration skills. Deeply understand PC, Server, and Mobile industry. Multiple cultures work experience, can lead multi-national team. Self-motivation and tenacity personality. Technical or business education background. Bilanguage ability: English and Chinese
