Responsible for review of required claims documentation and determination of claim settlement on non-mechanical claims.
  • Review received documents from contract holder, lienholder and insurance companies for accuracy and legibility
  • Determine claim settlements in accordance with contract terms and settlement procedures
  • Process claims for payment in the SCS system
  • Answer calls from claimants, dealers, and agents and provide customer support functions
  • Communicate with claimants on status of claims process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
