A day in the life.
We are looking for an energetic, positive person to join the Marsh & McLennan Agency – Northeast Retirement Services Team. Reporting to the Managing Consultant of the Retirement Services Consulting team, this position will be responsible for servicing existing or prospective clients. This role supports the MMA’s sales team in their efforts to retain existing clients and secure new retirement business. In this position, the employee will gain a strong foundation of all aspects of the retirement business, equipping them to grow within the practice and the company.
The Senior Retirement Consultant will be relied upon for insight and broad knowledge of retirement plans for our larger clients, specifically those clients who have a formal retirement or investment committee structure. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they can align a client’s long-term business strategies with their retirement plan options. This position also plays an important role in securing new clients through activities integral to the new business development process. The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,500 to $166,900.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
