Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and drive improvements within the organization. Collaboration with various teams will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. - Analyze data and trends to inform business strategies and improve processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Requirement Management. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Requirement Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
