Senior Talent Partner
Position Summary
The Senior Talent Partner plays a critical role in shaping the organisation’s talent strategy, leadership pipeline, and capability development, partnering closely with the Head of People (Capital A) and business leaders.
This role is anchored on Talent Management and Learning & Development, ensuring the organisation builds, develops, and retains high-performing, future-ready talent. In parallel, the role maintains strong ownership of end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the business continues to attract high-quality talent aligned with its growth and transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Leadership Development (Core Focus)
- Lead and drive Talent Management frameworks, including talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification
- Build and strengthen leadership pipelines across the organisation to support long-term growth
- Design and implement career progression and internal mobility frameworks
Learning & Development (Core Focus)
- Drive Learning & Development strategy and initiatives, aligned to business and competency frameworks
- Identify capability gaps and implement reskilling and upskilling programmes across functions
- Partner with leaders to embed a continuous learning culture and development mindset
End-to-End Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding
- Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and role requirements, ensuring quality hiring outcomes
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline across key functions and levels
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyse talent and hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, quality of hire, internal mobility rates)
- Use insights to continuously refine talent strategies, development programmes, and recruitment processes
Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, aligning talent strategies with business priorities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. agencies, platforms) to deliver outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience across Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in:
- Talent reviews and succession planning
- Learning & development programme design and execution
- End-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, regional or complex organisation
