Support order booking as per signed contract/PO, ensure as per agreed commercial T&Cs and execution strategies.
Job Description
- Facilitate Order Management - Process, Maintain and Manage the order input
- Strict on timely and accurate transfer of orders from Commercial to Project Management as per existing GA instructions
- Work on approvals for order booking
- Work with customers on GE Grid Solutions Online Store in registering the orders
- Understand the RFQ and customer demands
- Preparing the market & customer-oriented COS
- Coordination with factory for the model availabilities, suggested alternatives and model creation.
- Provide a complete, factual and summary weekly report to your hierarchy/regions regarding order input
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute tasks. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 Years experience with possible exposure to Power System Protection & Control
