Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements. You will analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and technical standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting architectural decisions and providing guidance to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Must have performed in client facing roles - Strong Communication skills - leadership skills - Team handling skills - Analytical skills - Presentation skills - Ability to work under pressure Professional & Technical Skills: - 10-14 years in Microservices Full stack engineering design and development with event driven architectures for new age digital platforms to serve 50 million customer users and concurrency of more than 2500-3000 users and architecture scaling to 3000 TPS. - Has worked on rapid application development methodology - Has experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies - Has hands on led and executed projects using microservices architecture and Develops - Ready to accept architecture, design or implementation challenges and boldly work as they come - Will lead the engineering team across - Full lifecycle implementation from requirements analysis, platform selection Must have skills : Microservices, Node.js, Spring boot, MongoDB, Oracle, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps technologies Good to have skills : Nest JS, ReactJS, React Native, Postgres DB, Istio, Monitoring Tools (Grafana/Prometheus/etc.) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University
