To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the General Manager, Program Manager role involves manages and oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
• Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
• Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA is preferred.
• Advance English
• Senior experience in program administration/management or related area.
• Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of related business.
• Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
