GEICO's Contact Center Transformation Workforce Management team is seeking an Operations Workforce Capacity Planning Analyst – to join the team. This position will prepare long, and short-term workforce forecasts used for strategic planning. Data will need to be analyzed to monitor variances, identify trends and provide improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Prepares standard and ad-hoc models of high and moderate complexity. 
Identifies workforce status by comparing and analyzing results with plans and forecasts. 
Prepare of workforce dashboards and reporting of key performance indicators using accurate and quality data. 
Prepare monthly analytical reviews of forecasting including comparisons to prior projections.
Maintains and updates standard reporting & analysis to support operational decisions.
Adheres to the GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies and operating principles.
Meets attendance standard at business location (in office 3x per week) to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with management and co-workers.


Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
5-8 years of relevant work experience in contact center environment, finance, accounting or similar field
Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Excel; knowledge in Power BI/SQL preferred.
Strong analytical skills combined with high level of intellectual curiosity.
Proven track record of providing accurate forecasts.
Ability to understand, describe, and explain root cause and effect dynamics.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to actively engage with operating partners to understand business demand drivers and corresponding impacts on forecasts.
Ability to adapt to shifting goals and priorities, while delivering results on-time
Creative problem solver
