The Senior Officer – Client Presentation & Global Content will play a critical leadership role in driving global content enablement for Sales and Marketing teams and develop the client presentation arm of the team within the Asset Management business. The role will be responsible for managing a high-performing team delivering end-to-end client presentation and content solutions using Seismic as the core Sales Enablement platform.
This position requires a strong blend of content management expertise, project management, Seismic platform mastery, people leadership, process governance, and change management. The incumbent will be accountable for positioning the team to operate with autonomy, accountability, and minimal day-to-day senior leadership intervention, while consistently delivering, solution based high-quality outputs aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of 8–12 content professionals, with formal people management responsibility.
Drive performance management, goal setting, coaching, engagement, and career development for team members.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ensure optimal team capacity planning and skill coverage to support global demand.
Deliver analytical reporting to management
Act as the Seismic Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Asset Management business.
Lead adoption, optimization, and governance of Seismic across regions, including:
Content libraries and repositories
Product Pages and dynamic content
Learning modules and enablement journeys
Automation and workflow optimization
Self-service capabilities for Sales and Marketing users
Drive change management initiatives to improve Seismic usage, engagement, and effectiveness.
Partner with technology and vendors to implement enhancements aligned to business needs.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of client presentations and global content, including:
Intake, prioritization, production, review, approval, and distribution
Ensure content is accurate, compliant, brand-aligned, and fit for purpose for institutional and intermediary clients.
Establish standardized templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
Deliver reporting outlining team reach, stakeholder engagement and wins
Support global Sales, Marketing, Product, and Consultant Relations teams with scalable content solutions.
Serve as a trusted partner to key internal stakeholders, including:
Sales Account Executives, Product Owners, Consultant Relations teams and Marketing stakeholders (global and regional)
Translate stakeholder requirements into executable content and Seismic solutions.
Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor robust quality control and review mechanisms.
Drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce rework, errors, and turnaround times.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation and support the evolving business landscape
Maintain audit-ready documentation and process controls.
Develop and execute a roadmap to mature the team into a self-sufficient, end-to-end global delivery unit.
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and scalability.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Contribute to global operating model discussions and transformation initiatives.
6–7 years of experience in Content Management, Sales Enablement, or Client Presentation functions within Financial Services or Asset Management.
3–4 years of formal people management experience, managing teams of 8–12 personnel.
Expert-level hands-on experience with Salesforce and Seismic, including platform administration, content architecture, automation, and learning enablement.
Experience supporting Client Facing team with fund and strategy presentations build and delivery
Supporting the development of strategic messaging and driving team growth
Proven experience driving change management and transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of asset management products and institutional sales processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.
Proven experience in the asset management industry, with strong knowledge of financial concepts, regulations, asset classes, investment products, and market segments
Deep understanding of supported investment products
Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate investment data
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including advanced editing and proofreading
Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing presentations and materials
Ability to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong project and time management skills, including effective prioritization and workload allocation
Collaborative team player who works effectively with local and global stakeholders across time zones
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners at all organizational levels
Willingness and capability to support work across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions
Ownership mindset with initiative and accountability in a demanding, international environment
