Job Description Summary

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the end-to-end customer journey and identify key strengths and pain points, as well as and near-term/longer-term improvement.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment and support of key change initiatives and business outcomes.

  • Collaborate across support and operations to design and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.

  • Ensure seamless and consistent experiences across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Develop and deliver customer care standards and practices, ensuring all team members have the tools necessary to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Advocate for the customer in all strategic discussions and decisions.

  • Ensure that all team members understand the importance of customer experience and have the tools necessary to deliver exceptional service.

  • Accurate, efficient customer transaction process, including customer resolution best practices.

  • Integration of new customers through M&A activity

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the CX team.

  • Use technology to improve customer experiences end-to-end through engagement tools.

  • Collect and analyze feedback to guide the continuous improvement of customer care services.

  • Monitor progress against goals, drive key performance metrics.

  • Provide governance for maintenance of customer information databases, CRM within customer support function.

  • Other Duties as assigned.



Requirements:
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate or multi-unit retail or rental environment

  • Proven track record in an operational leadership role developing people & relationships.

  • Experience as a change management leader.

  • Master of strategic engagement and collaboration with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Proficiency with data analytics and customer feedback tools

  • Understanding of supply chain, P/Ls, and/or product lines, customer segmentation and pricing

  • Must be able to travel frequently 50%



Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.  Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.  All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $147,710.00 - 203,101.80

Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust bonus plan.
