Reporting to the Director, CI Aftermarket, this role provides strong strategic and operational leadership across multi‑channel sales while strengthening customer loyalty and execution excellence.
Leadership responsibilities include:
Build, lead and inspire a national parts retail organisation across Parts Direct, eCommerce, ISRs and regional parts counters
Set clear direction and standards, embedding a high‑performance sales culture built on accountability, responsiveness and commercial discipline
Own and execute the parts retail go‑to‑market strategy, translating strategy into consistent action across all channels
Lead senior managers and indirect teams, providing visible leadership across a network of 30+ colleagues
Drive profitable growth in line with AOP, holding teams accountable for OTC performance, digital adoption and customer outcomes
Act as the senior advocate for the customer, ensuring consistency, ease of doing business and service excellence
Influence and align cross‑functional leaders across operations, supply chain, marketing, product and finance to deliver shared goals
About you:
Proven senior sales leader with relevant leadership experience in aftermarket, industrial or distribution environments
Track record of building engaged teams and delivering sustainable growth through others
Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the confidence to lead change
Influential, collaborative leader who builds trust with teams and stakeholders
