During this special assignment you will be responsible for shaping the brand foundations for RITZ Crackers and then execute against these updated foundations with a high-profile activation for the brand. You will own the process to ensure connectivity, speed, and creative excellence. You will be responsible for not only above the line communication for this activation but also bringing it to life in store by partnering with internal stakeholders and ensuring executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Point of contact for agency of record (AOR) integrated agency team (IAT)
  • Demonstrate creative communication excellence through deeply understanding consumer behavior, trends & relevant moments in culture and translating this understanding to create a consistent and unique brand voice across all consumer touchpoints
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to deliver key communications/media testing, measurement, and on-going optimization
  • Partner effectively with internal teams (sales, PM&S, Ritz brand team) & agency partners to bring plans to life
  • Proactively leverage celebrity talent and high profile brand exposure  
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including preparing content for MLT-level alignment meetings

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics etc.). MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in category management within the CPG industry
  • Relevant experience in comms & Equity along with experience of working with agencies

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
