As the Marketing Intelligence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s strategic direction, influencing product development, marketing strategies, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing intelligence processes to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Analyse data and prepare insightful reports, providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Perform detailed market analysis and research, focusing on customer behaviour, consumer needs, and competitive activities to drive strategic decisions.
  • Create and update comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.
  • Perform thorough systematic analysis of key industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; current and potential competitors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them where appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Higher Degree, preferably with a master’s degree in business administration.
  • At least ten years of experience in marketing intelligence, ideally within life sciences or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence, and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a strong aptitude for identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English language proficiency required.
