What would you do? Provides customer support on billing inquiries to clients via phone calls and/or emails. Handles customer inquiries and resolves simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, invoice copies, or billing/payment. For product or service related issues, will move customer to appropriate Billing. Support Specialist. Performs other administrative duties as requested and will be assisting to project lead/manager on various reporting and other tasks as applicable. Should manage tasks on behalf of team members, escalations and to be the POC as appropriate.
Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization.

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop an accurate understanding of each business processes and the relevant risks and controls.
Knowledge of Contracts and analyze it types - Maintenance, Fixed Price, Milestone etc
Work on process improvement and share learning inputs on regular interval basis with team.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable - end to end cycle
Hands-on knowledge of contracts and termination process, identifying the liquidity damages and perform analysis for the same.
Knows contract compliance best practices and Maintains confidentiality of all contracts.
Basic knowledge of Cash Application
Work on Aging items and share analysis for the same.
Co-ordinate for Document creation and work around process.
