Retail Financial Coordinator (m/f/d)  

A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st December 2026.

 “We are looking for a seasoned accountant (m/f/d) to join our team at Montblanc. This role will focus on the accounting tasks of the German E-Commerce business, boutique transactions and stock takes. The ideal candidate will maintain the daily business and support the implementation of new initiatives in the retail business.”  - André , Head of Distribution & Holding Accounting

• by managing the accounting tasks of the E-Commerce business in Germany
• by being the finance contact partner and key-user for the E-Commerce team
• by assisting with the implementation of localization in Germany and supporting new initiatives
• by posting and verifying payment flows including returns, maintaining open items and resolving discrepancies
•  by preparing month-end closing activities, documentations and archiving
• by conducting interim and annual stock takes in the boutiques and continuous monitoring of goods movements
• by handling selected boutiques in the accounting back office (verifying postings and settlements of incoming payments, reconciling cash balances and deposits, maintaining open items and discrepancies
• by assisting in the further development of internal guidelines and processes of the Internal Control System
• by supporting and participating in internal boutique audits
• by assisting in the clarification of tax-related issues

You’ll have… 

• completed commercial training, preferably in accounting
• 3+ years’ accounting experience, ideally in the retail sector
• Experience with SAP R/3 FI & and good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• fluency in English, both written and spoken
• ability to work in a team and with a proactive mindset
• strong communication and organization skills and the ability to work under pressure
• confident manner and assertiveness
• willingness to work on occasional weekends
