Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the SAP Commerce Cloud platform in production environments.
• Design, develop, and implement new features and custom extensions using Java and Spring Framework
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party systems via RESTful APIs and OCC
• Configure, extend, and optimize modules such as PCM, SmartEdit, and Backoffice.
• Manage DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to support headless storefronts (e.g., Spartacus, React).

• Analyze and improve e-commerce processes (B2B/B2C), including checkout, promotions, and order management

• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security - Actively participate in agile teams using Scrum or SAFe frameworks

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in customizing SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), including architecture and extensibility

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development

• Familiarity with SAP OCC APIs, headless commerce approaches, and microservices architecture

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (SAP Cloud Products, Kubernetes, Docker) - Knowledge of DevOps tools: SonarQube, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, monitoring/logging solutions

• Experience with SAP integration technologies (SAP BTP, SAP CPI, IDocs, OData)

Functional Skills

• Deep understanding of e-commerce business processes (B2B, B2C, B2B2C)

• Experience with multi-country setups, product data modeling, catalog management, and PIM

• Familiarity with personalization tools, SmartEdit, and search optimization

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectures

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement - Ability to understand and communicate in business language
• Experience working with EU-based companies

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

• SAP certifications in Commerce Cloud or related technologies are a plus

• Additional training in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or e-commerce platforms is advantageous
