Job Title: Retail Account Manager
Location: HP New Zealand
Overview: Join HP New Zealand as a Retail Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key retail partners. You will drive sales, implement strategies, and execute retail programs successfully.
As the Retail Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the task of cultivating and maintaining relationships with our key retail partners. This role demands a strategic and analytical mindset to drive sales performance, alongside an adeptness at implementing strategic initiatives tailored to our retail landscape. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of retail programs, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives, and delivering exceptional service to our retail partners.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and implement retail marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Provide product training and support to retail staff to improve their product knowledge and sales abilities.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements.
Manage retail inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely product availability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any operational or logistical issues related to retail activities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights on sales performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
Stay informed about industry developments, product launches, and market dynamics to maintain competitiveness.
Responsible for the total portfolio for your account across Print, PC, HP Accessories, HyperX, Poly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of retail account management or sales in the technology industry.
Strong knowledge of the retail and consumer electronics market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis for business improvement.
Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
