The Regional Finance Development Program is designed to identify and accelerate high-potential finance talent. This isn't just a job; it’s a career catalyst. You will take on stretch assignments, lead pilot projects, and work across our Pharma and Diagnostics divisions, positioning yourself to become a future finance leader while making a tangible impact on patients' lives.

About the Opportunity 

During this immersive two-year journey, you will:

• Generate Strategic Insights: Synthesize complex data to guide regional strategies and identify untapped value-adding opportunities.

• Drive Financial Innovation: Provide advanced analytics, resource allocation models, and financial modeling tools to empower decision-makers.

• Lead Digital Transformation: Integrate cutting-edge technological advances into financial processes to streamline operations and scale expertise.

• Ensure Financial Excellence: Maintain robust reporting systems and controls to guarantee the absolute integrity of our financial landscape.

• Build Regional Partnerships: Establish strong networks with internal finance colleagues and cross-functional business partners across Latin America.

• Influence Planning: Lead agile planning activities, balancing simplification with high-impact, fit-for-purpose information.

• Master Financial Operations: Support and lead closing activities while embodying the Roche Finance Framework and mindset.

• Impact Both Divisions: Tackle diverse projects within different Finance subsystems for both Roche Pharma and Roche Diagnostics.

Who You Are

You are a visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to lead. You thrive in collaborative, self-managed environments and match our core values of integrity, passion, and courage.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting (CFA/MBA is a plus).

• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years in finance with a track record of driving innovation through digital or advanced analytics.

• Tech Savvy: Passionate about AI, Machine Learning, and RPA to drive productivity and financial transparency.

• Strategic Thinker: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the agility to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

• Communication Pro: Fluent in English with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for all organizational levels.

• Leadership Potential: A clear desire to take on leadership roles and foster a culture of business innovation.

• Language Enthusiast: Willingness to learn other regional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) is a strong asset.

• Mandatory Regional Mobility: You are fully committed to relocating. You will start in your home country but must have the availability to rotate to different Latin American countries throughout the program.

• Adaptive Mindset: Flexibility to rotate based on both business needs and your personal development plan.

Timeline & Selection Process

• Please note that all stages of the selection process—including assessments, interviews, and the assessment center—will be conducted entirely in English.

• Video Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a flexible video interview—practice makes perfect!

• Virtual Panel: Meet our finance professionals and leaders to discuss your vision and fit.

• Assessment Center: Finalists will participate in an immersive virtual Assessment Center.

• Onboarding: We look forward to welcoming you in August or as per agreement.
