PrintOS Automation (HP Site Flow) has set the benchmark for Brands globally to connect with Print Service Providers (PSPs) via API, with circa 600 million items being produced and shipped annually. Our presses and our software lead the industry and we are looking for our next Software Sales Leader in EMEA to join our global Industrial Software Solutions Sales team.
Responsibilities for the Industrial Print Software Sales Lead-
Lead all HP PrintOS Suite sales and business development activities across EMEA
Create pre-sales materials and configure HP software solutions for demonstration purposes to Print Service Providers and Channel Partners.
Deliver tailored pitches and proposals to senior and executive-level customer management, plus internal hardware and partner sales staff.
Lead sales discussions and creation a business cases for software adoption.
Lead pricing negotiations through to close.
Upon closing, manage handover to implementation teams for activation, deployment and support.
Engage with regional marketing staff to develop and optimize sales and marketing collateral and enrich the HP demo centre experience for Print Service Provider customers and Channel Partners.
Attend tradeshows and regional events to drive lead generation and sales.
Self-manage a pipeline and sales lifecycle, working closely with peers leading other geographical regions.
Work hand-in-hand with colleagues across the wider HP to drive sales growth of all HP products and solutions.
Requirements for the Industrial Print Software Sales Lead-
Must have knowledge of print workflows including content creation, pre-press, digital print, finishing and fulfilment, gained through direct experience in the commercial/industrial print sector.
Are passionate about delighting customers and creating innovative ways through technology to solve customer challenges.
Are a consummate networker and relationship builder.
Enjoy prospecting for new business and closing multiple deals every month
Can demonstrate a background in successful software sales (ideally SaaS) and your abilities through quota achievement.
Are a self-starter, highly motivated and a fast-learner. Personally prepared to lead the customer relationship and own sales end-to-end.
Are not afraid to roll your sleeves up. You have demonstrated a flair for understanding the deeper technical aspects of the solutions you sell, including API/Cloud terminology.
Are prepared to quickly become a recognized industry expert on the end-to-end HP Industrial Solutions product portfolio.
Are fluent in English at a business level. Other EMEA languages are a plus. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills needed for business development activities.
Are able to work independently and manage multiple customer and partner accounts in parallel, often under tight deadlines to deliver results.
Qualification criteria for the Industrial Print Software Sales Lead-:
8+ years of software sales experience
BA/BS/BEng or equivalent technical experience
A great Software Sales Lead will have Print Industry exposure with a large corporate entity and able to demonstrate their success in wining large scale contracts
