Job Description:
- SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*
Manage the workflow of shipping documents for the two-invoice system orders
Manage inventory and logistics distributors
Assist the marketing department with usage forecasting
Handle business documents such as contracts and authorizations for distributors
Handle customer requests
- SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
- In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Strictly implement the national medical industry's "Two-Invoice" policy, ensuring consistency between sales invoices and delivery documents.
- Manage the sales invoice issuance process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams to ensure payment and invoice matching, supporting audits and compliance checks.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of order information.
- Follow up on order execution progress, coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, promptly respond to order-related inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate inventory transfers and shipping arrangements based on sales plans and market demand.
- Manage logistics service providers to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency in transportation.
- Monitor inventory turnover regularly, optimize inventory structure, and reduce inventory risks.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to gather market trends and customer demand information.
- Provide historical sales, inventory, and shipment data to support the development of accurate sales forecasts.
- Assist in formulating sales plans and stocking strategies to improve supply chain responsiveness and accuracy.
- Generate regular sales and inventory reports to support management decision-making.
- Participate in supply chain process optimization projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare and archive sales-related documents to support internal and external audits.
- Track changes in industry policies to ensure continuous compliance of sales and supply chain processes.
- Handle business documents such as contracts and authorizations for distributors
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
