About the Role

Application support for TSS- Enterprise Solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the daily operations of investment management-related applications and promptly address any issues that arise.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Proactively communicate with the development team to identify potential problems and drive system optimization.
• Understand and be familiar with the company’s investment-related business processes, ensuring that applications meet business needs.
• Provide critical investment support services, including financial data analysis (e.g., handling data from financial statements) and compliance policy interpretation.
• Support the investment team by optimizing trading workflows or providing technical assistance based on the characteristics of various asset classes (e.g., stocks, bonds, funds, derivatives).

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex and efficient queries for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of investment-related knowledge, including financial statement interpretation and a thorough grasp of the trading characteristics of various asset classes (e.g., stocks, bonds, funds, and derivatives).
• Capability to independently handle complex system issues and efficiently solve technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
• Prior experience working in securities firms, fund management companies, or the asset management industry.
• Familiar with Python, including the ability to write some basic scripts for data transformation.

Bonus Skills:

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with the Aladdin system.
• Deep understanding of the IT infrastructure and technical requirements of the financial industry, particularly in investment trading systems.
